Beirut. January 21. Be There.
Wednesday, January 11th, 2012Concert Postponed Until January 21
Tuesday, December 27th, 2011I have spent the past few days giving a lot of thought before I was able to release this statement. But now I’m sure about what I want and so I am ready to share it.
I take my job very seriously. I feel blessed to be able to do what I do, and I do not take it lightly at all. I feel blessed to be surrounded by amazing supporters and fans who make every single negative thing about this business worth the trip. In return, I want to be able to give you everything I got every time I step on that stage. And the reason why we limit our concerts in Lebanon to one per year is because it is very hard for me to find myself physically and psychologically ready to get up there and know that I will be able to give you my best.
And I don’t feel ready this time. I know myself and I don’t want everybody to come on Friday night and risk having me not showing up because I won’t be feeling good. Or even worse, risk giving you a bad or sloppy performance only because the date was set and I had to do it no matter what. The fact is, I do not have to do it no matter what. Lately I have been abusing myself physically and psychologically and I’m simply not ready to face you right now.
Concerts are meant to be fabulous. Or postponed.
I’m just sorry to let everybody down. I want to thank my supportive and precious band mates. I want to thank the Basement management for being so understanding. And I want to thank you for baring with me. I am doing this out of respect for you, because I want to be able to give you my best. And I promise that a Slutterhouse concert will happen within a few weeks from now, on the 21st of January 2012. I promise.
Peace on you and everyone you love.
See you soon x

Take over MTV before you turn 30. Checked.
What a wicked way to start the week. We killed the voting poll and are currently MTV Iggy’s Artist of the Week, featured on their homepage. We have the craziest and most wonderful and most ruthless fans who kept voting until the last minute, from the Middle East to Europe, and when Europe was asleep, Australian and American fans took over.
MTV also wrote a kickass article about Slutterhouse that’s already been shared over 2500 times, and stay tuned for a tell-all interview with them to be released in the next few days.
I just want to say that I feel very happy and humbled by all the massive love and support that you’ve given this band. And my love for you is bigger than a Cadillac.
Thank you x
Slutterhouse kills MTV
Saturday, July 9th, 2011That’s it, MTV noticed us and wrote about us. You are now allowed to call us sellout motherfuckers. But before, we need one small favor from you: we need your vote to before Tuesday morning to win the Artist Of The Week contest and make it on MTV Iggy‘s front page and be listed as their top artists.
Click on the image below to be directed to the voting page, and click until your boredom is dead. Thank you wonderful people. Love x
